How do I search for rentals?

Use our search bar on the homepage or navigate to the Search page. Enter your desired location and use filters like price range, number of bedrooms, and property type to find properties that match your needs.

Do I need to create an account?

You can browse listings without an account, but you'll need to create one to apply for rentals, save listings, and track your applications.

Is creating an account free?

Yes! Creating an account on Howardhomes is completely free. There are no hidden fees or charges.

Rental Applications

How do I apply for a rental?

Once you find a property you're interested in, click the "Apply Now" button on the property listing. You'll be taken to our application form where you can provide your information and submit your application.

What information do I need to provide in my application?

Your application requires personal information (name, email, phone), current address, employment details, income information, and references from previous landlords or employers.

How long does it take to hear back about my application?

Most applications are reviewed within 3-5 business days. You'll receive updates via email and can check the status in your "My Applications" section.

Can I apply to multiple properties?

Yes! You can apply to as many properties as you'd like. Just remember that each application takes time to review.

Saved Listings

How do I save a listing?

On any property listing page, click the "Save Listing" button. The property will be added to your Saved Listings which you can access from your account.

How many properties can I save?

You can save as many properties as you'd like! Organize your favorites and compare them at your own pace.

Can I remove a saved listing?

Yes, you can remove any saved listing by clicking the "Remove from Saved" button on the property page or in your Saved Listings.

Account & Security

How do I update my profile?

Go to your Settings page and click on "Profile Information" to update your personal details, contact information, and preferences.

How do I reset my password?

On the sign-in page, click "Forgot password?" and follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Is my information secure?

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and financial information.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account from the Privacy section in your Settings. This will remove all your personal information from our system.
